Important Dates & Deadlines

All deadlines are firm. Plan your submission well in advance.

⚠️ Please note: All submission deadlines are 23:59 Anywhere on Earth (AoE). Late submissions cannot be considered under any circumstances. At least one author of each accepted paper must register by the registration deadline for the paper to be included in the proceedings.

Paper Submission Deadline
19 January 2027
Full papers (8–12 pages) and short/work-in-progress papers (4–6 pages) must be submitted via the submission portal by this date. All submissions must be anonymised for double-blind review.
Author Notification
25 February 2027
Authors will be notified of acceptance, rejection, or conditional acceptance by email. Each accepted paper will receive reviewer comments and camera-ready instructions.
Registration Deadline
10 March 2027
At least one author of each accepted paper must register for the conference by this date. Papers without a registered author will be withdrawn from the proceedings.
Camera-Ready Submission
15 March 2027
Revised final manuscripts incorporating reviewer feedback must be submitted by this date. Author names and affiliations should be reinstated in the camera-ready version.

17–18 May 2027
ICIC 2027 takes place at the Hilton Hotel, Bangkok, Thailand. Both in-person and virtual attendance options are available.
