Registration Fees

The registration fees for ICIC 2027 are listed below. At least one author per accepted paper must register by 10 March 2027 for the paper to be included in the proceedings.

⚠️ Important: All fees are in USD. Student registrants will be asked to provide proof of student status at the registration desk. Accompanying persons may not be co-authors of any submitted paper. Registration fees are non-refundable. If you have paid for in-person attendance but are unable to travel, you may switch to virtual presentation.

Visa Information

International participants who require a visa to enter Thailand should begin the application process well in advance of the conference. ICIC 2027 can provide an official invitation letter upon request (following registration and payment) to support your visa application.
