Author Guidelines

Everything you need to prepare and submit your paper to ICIC 2027.

Overview

ICIC 2027 invites the submission of original, unpublished research papers on all aspects of intelligent cybersecurity. Submissions in the form of full papers, short papers, and extended abstracts are welcome. All submissions are peer-reviewed.

Papers must be prepared in English and carefully checked for correct grammar and spelling. To ensure high scientific quality, all figures should be of high resolution and clearly presented. The proceedings will be published with an ISSN and ISBN and indexed in Scopus, Google Scholar, and Semantic Scholar, with each paper assigned a unique DOI by Crossref. The proceedings will also be permanently archived in Portico.

Double-Blind Review

ICIC 2027 uses a double-blind peer review process. Authors must anonymise their submissions before uploading. Please ensure:

  • Author names and affiliations are removed from the manuscript
  • Self-citations are written in the third person (e.g. "Smith et al. [1] showed..." rather than "We showed...")
  • Acknowledgements section is omitted from the submission
  • File metadata (document properties) does not reveal author identity

Author names and affiliations must be reinstated in the final camera-ready version.

Originality & Plagiarism

All submissions must be original work not previously published and not currently under review at another venue. Simultaneous submissions to other conferences or journals are not permitted. All submissions are screened using plagiarism detection software. Papers found to violate this policy will be rejected immediately.
